Unit: 1 unfurnished room in a semi-furnished Bath, semi-lower unit apartment. *can include bedframe*

Available date: Dec or Jan (or earlier if you are available!)

Price: $ for full unit) ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED. Street Parking in residential area. Washer/Dryer in unit.

Location: Queen St East/Woodbine Area. 5 minutes walk to Streetcar, banks, grocery, drug store, restaurants, Kew park, dental & more! mins walking distance to Woodbine Beach. (This area is AWESOME, I just need to be closer to work)

Lease: Joint tenancy. month lease w/ option to renew, split between 2 roommates, paid to landlord. You will be taking over my name in the lease and joining my Roommate Jo on the lease.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS: Proof of income, credit score, landlord references, First&Last month’s rent.

Looking for a Lease Takeover for myself as I moving to be closer to work. You will be joining my roommate Jo, in this lovely beaches apartment. The room fits a double or queen bed, a desk and dresser, and has 2 large closets.

Jo, (They/Them) is a fun, artsy, queer, neurodivergent, and overall very cool roommate! They like art, video games, music and history - and are looking for another roommate that is queer friendly, relaxed, and open to creating a welcoming homey space.

We will set up a video chat with Jo prior to viewing and application and then our landlord will approve the roommate.
