-Queen sized solid wood bed frame from Bob’s Furniture (retail $)

Rent is $/month not including utilities. Comcast has a deal with the building where the internet is $/month (not included in the rent). There is no parking provided, tenants are responsible for their own parking accommodations. There are several garages that are blocks away if needed.

I am fully moved out and the unit is rental ready. I would prefer to have a subletter ASAP and can even split November’s rent with you depending on when you move in.
