Why live in a cramped apartment when you can rent a room in a large home in an upscale neighborhood!? Close to restaurants and shopping! The rent includes all utilities (water, electricity, trash, high-speed Internet, cable, security system, etc)! The room will be available on and is fully furnished. You will have to share a bathroom (with another female roommate). I keep the common areas of the home fairly clean and orderly. I am quiet and very respectful.
