The cost of utilities is split between however many people are living in the property (each person doesn’t pay full amount). The move in fee is negotiated based on whether furniture has to be moved out. The fee is lower if you want it furnished or it may be higher if I need to hire movers to remove bunk bed. All the essentials like cookware, ironing board, iron, hangers, blankets, towels, linens, most tools, a vacuum, brooms, mops and most furniture will be left for tenants use.
