Looking for a room or roommate

Hi! My name is Raha , I’m years old student and work full time as a fine dining server. I’m organized , considerate , clean . I’m looking for a roommate to either find a place with , or to be able to rent out a private bedroom. I’m looking for a place to have access to also the amenities such as kitchen , laundry etc. I’d love to build a cool bond with the person I’m living with to make it feel more like home but if you prefer for me to be out of your way I definitely can do that as well. I do have a small pound hypoallergenic (meaning he doesn’t trigger people’s dog allergic ) maltipoo who is fully trained , pees and poops outside , doesn’t create messes and is very well behaved . He is an emotional support animal fully and gets along with anybody or every animal. Trying to look more in the Irvine , Costa Mesa , Tustin and Newport area .
