Rooms have central air, heat, ceiling fans and 2 walk-in closets. I am looking for long term renter, 1 year or longer. Will need to work full time, outside of the home.

Lovely neighborhood. Minutes walk to a park with tennis courts, 5 minute drive to the American River for paddle boarding, kayaking and Historic, downtown Folsom. Renter will share this home with two ladies, and 2 sweet cats (no cat allergies). Your will have your own fridge, cupboards etc. Feel free to cook, but please clean up afterwards. There is a laundry room. Street parking in front, in safe neighborhood.

I am looking for ONE female (preferred), who is trustworthy, responsible and clean. No couples, smoking, drugs, overnight guests or extra pets. Background check, income verification, and references are required. 1st and last + $ security deposit. Please send me a detailed , telling me about yourself, where you currently live, work, why are you moving? I need to know about the person who will be living in my home. It would also be nice if you are from the area.
