Looking to sublease my apartment at Academy Lincoln starting in December or January! The lease runs through July. The rent price of $/month includes my parking spot and renters insurance but am willing to bargain and offer a cheaper rent price if you sublease from me! Utilities are also included on top of valet trash service. This apartment is fully furnished (including a dishwasher, washer + dryer, etc,) and has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, giving each person their own room and bathroom. My other roommates are also going to be moving out at the same time, so this is perfect if you’re looking for a place on your own or with three other friends! Academy has a great pool (which our apartment deck looks out at), a gym, a free coffee station, study rooms, and a game area. Please message me if you’re interested or have any other questions!! :)
