The master bedroom has its own bathroom and entrance and is shared by a couple. Joe and Alexa
And the shared bathroom is Michael! Michael owns a company and spends most of his time at work as well as Joe and Alexa

• Conveniently near USFSP, perfect for students or anyone who wants easy access to campus

Utilities include


• Maid cleaning service (full house deep cleaning twice a month)
• All utilities (water, gas, trash pick up, electricity)
• High-speed Wi-Fi
• Netflix access
The cleaning staff will come into your room wash your bedsheets, pillow cases, vacuum, mop, sweep, laundry and fold your clothes. She wipes down all counters and windows in your room as well twice a month

About the Property:

• You’ll share the home with two friendly but shy cats who mostly stay in the second bedroom, but roam to eat or use the litter box.
• There’s also a dog who stays outside in the backyard and never enters the house.
