Unfurnished room in shared home

Description

Room for rent in a shared 2 bedroom home. Room has a large dresser which can be used (property of landlord), otherwise is unfurnished. I am looking for someone to share my house for the remainder of my lease, which ends on September . The house has two bedrooms and a shared kitchen, bathroom, and living room. Washer and dryer are in the home. Also has access to the backyard. Looking to split rent, utilities and internet. deposit required at move in. Large pets (e.g. dogs, cats) not permitted, small pets that stay in a terrarium or aquarium are fine. Must pass a criminal background check and provide proof of employment. I’m a biological researcher working for a government agency. I’m quiet, tidy and almost never have any guests over.
