we have 2 standard size rooms available to rent in our ish square foot house sporting 3 bedrooms and 2 and a half bathrooms. amenities include washer and dryer, fully fenced private backyard, fully outfitted kitchen, as well as other shared spaces like the living room, small dining area, and a shared open office/craft space. property is pet friendly with some restrictions and in a quiet easy going family friendly neighborhood.

*while I’m working on getting updated photos of the rooms our current roomies are in the process of moving out so there hasn’t been a good time to take accurate updated photographs. the images provided are from the original listing of the house just to give a general idea of the space available. images provided include the two spare bedrooms as well as a couple shared spaces. shared spaces are already furnished, the bedrooms will not be upon your moving in.

I’m Lio and my spouse Nico and I are looking to rent a couple rooms in the house we currently rent ourselves. we’re a queer trans couple in our late s looking to, ideally, live with others in the community around our age. we have 2 elderly dogs and 2 cats who free roam as well as a snake, leopard gecko, and a couple of aquariums. another single animal friendly cat could easily be worked into the situation, however our dogs are sadly not dog friendly. small animals/reptiles/aquatics, however, are of course more than welcome. my spouse and I are both quiet homebodies who spend a lot of time around the house and with our animals, but we’re pretty easy going and are big on communication and compromise. we’d be more than happy to live with another couple, however both parties would need to be able to pay the full $ individually, although you would also get the second room to do with as you please. we’re really just looking for a couple of animal-friendly queer people who match our vibes a little, so if you think that might work for you please don’t hesitate to message
