Fully furnished home and (maid extra) room with everything that anyone would need nothing but your clothes. The home is completely fully refurbished with a big, quiet and beautifully backyard with lounge area, BBQ, hammock under the umbrella tree. Front yard is the eye of the neighborhood. FULL SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM. I'm really laid back and I don't ask for much more than that you treat the home as if it was your own place, parents or grandparents home and that is pretty much the only rule that I am going to enforce. I honestly had an Airbnb for 8 years but it became a full time job and I decided to rent the room. I'm sure you will find yourself loving every single aspect of the home and the way everything is taken care of and you only need to worry about your life. You are truly welcome to come and take a tour of my home and you can choose for yourself and I am very confident that you will find yourself at home.
I AM VERY, VERY PROUD OF MY HOME AND I BELIEVE THERE IS A HUGE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A HOUSE AND A HOME. My only ask is that you treat the home accordingly.
IF YOU WANT TO BE ALONE AND JUST EAT,SLEEP,SHOWER ETC AND NOT BE A ROOMMATE AND I WOULD SUGGEST THAT YOU FIND A STUDIO. NOT TRYING TO BE RUDE OR DISRESPECTFUL BUT I JUST WANT TO BE HONEST WITH YOU. 3 PEOPLE LIVING IN 1300SQF MUST BE ABLE TO BE RESPECTFUL AND POLITE TO YOUR FELLOW ROOMMATES.
