ISO 2 housemates

Description

I am looking for 2 housemates to join me at a ba rental near Woodbine Park, Sacramento.

Rent is $ without utilities for the private room and a shared bathroom (single people only). If a couple, the primary suite with private bathroom is $ without utilities. I do not want more than 3 people total in the house, so in the case of a couple living in the primary, I would occupy the other bedrooms with the shared bathroom. Deposit is $ per person, must have credit score above , will be verified in a Zillow application. 1 year lease with the landlord (I’m one of the tenants, not the landlord)

About the house:
Fridge
Electric stove
Washer and Dryer
Gas furnace
Backyard
2 car garage

Utilities:
Water, sewer, and trash covered by landlord
Housemates will split electricity and gas. Electricity is on time of day based rate to save costs

About me: I have dogs that are great with people, crate trained and well mannered. Some of my hobbies include hiking, paddleboarding, cooking and camping. My most time-consuming hobby/side gig is training dogs and I work full time as a field biologist in the Sacramento area. I am LGBTQ+ friendly and non smoking/ vaping.

What I’m looking for in housemates:
Progressively minded
Non smoking/vaping
Female/non-binary preferred but males okay
That you like dogs but don’t have any dogs or cats of your own, reptile/fish pets okay
Interested in making the space a home
