Looking for a quiet, reliable roommate to co-sign a lease for a double suite apartment at AVA Pacific Beach located in the best area of Pacific Beach. Walking distance to Mission Bay and the beach. Corner top floor, assigned parking, pool, hot tub, tennis and basketball courts, fitness center (recently renovated), barbecue areas, and more amenities on . Available October 1st.

The bedroom (unfurnished) is spacious with a private bathroom. We will be sharing the kitchen, living room, and balcony (all fully furnished).

Ideal Roommate: A clean/tidy, laid-back, has a steady job/business – and your reckless days are behind you. You have plans to stay for at least one year and you also want a positive home environment and value direct and respectful communication. A bonus if we have similar interests. No drugs, no smoking or vaping in the apartment.

A little about me: I am a quiet, but dynamic conversationalist when sharing a good cup of coffee/wine/beer. I am also a respectful, easygoing professional working remotely, down to earth, tidy/clean, and leading a healthy lifestyle.
I speak 3 languages, I enjoy going out with friends, I love traveling, I am an artist by birth (painter) and I love plants. I never bring the party home and I look for the same in a roommate.

When moving out, days advance notice is required.
