Kitchen is furnished with everything needed, dishes, silverware, glassware, pots and pans, etc. Apartment complex amenities include brand new state of the art gym, two newly resurfaced resort style pools with new decks, two big lakes with paved walking trails around them and lots of birds and other wildlife to observe. Complex is gated, clean and quiet. Complex is near entrance to Interstate Freeway, on the bus line, centrally located, and close to great shopping and restaurants, grocery stores, and gyms, including Walmart, Publix, Target, Lowes, Home Depot, TJ Maxx. Roommate offering room for rent is a GWM, respectful, mature, quiet, employed, responsible, friendly, liberal, and down to earth. Roommate has two young, well-behaved, very friendly, litter box trained cats. There is no cat odor in the apartment at all. I'm looking for a MALE ROOMMATE ONLY. Overnight guests are fine. Smoking cigs or weed ok outside only. Would prefer GWM roommate, but occupant gets along great with respectful str8 guys and has had several str8 male roommates before this. You should be honest, gainfully employed, responsible, quiet, respectful, and clean. No addictions to hard drugs or alcohol please. NO PETS.
