In my thirties, chill, and friendly. I keep to myself, it’s usually very quiet over here. and am easy to get along with. Looking for a temp roommate , month to month, to help me catch up on some bills. water, rent, electric, internet, trash all included. friendly I bartend so I work night shift and sleep late. Will be getting home around am but will not be noisy. I sleep until am but don’t expect you to be on the same schedule. Living room can be shared, it’s a small duplex so basically your renting the house as well, all one level, and only one bathroom. Need someone ASAP. Will take first month rent for move in.
