1 large bedroom available in a 4 bedroom house located in Woodbridge Proper. Nice sized bedroom with closet and attic access, shared bathroom with 2 other housemates, access to kitchen and backyard area. Parking available on driveway or street. Wifi and utilities are included. We have one dog who is friendly and very quiet, she lives in the living room and doesn’t free roam unless we’re home. Our home is a colorful and eclectic house built in the s with a lot of character. We try our best to keep it as clean and tidy as possible! The neighborhood is very friendly, we live near a stream that’s great for walking. We’re 6 blocks from the Woodbridge Train Station, minute walk to Main St, less than 5 min drive to Route , GSP & Turnpike. We currently cannot accept couples, children or pets (besides fish or hamsters), and have limited kitchen storage available.
