Looking for a happy healthy home near Central Park. I’m clean, considerate, and a pretty quiet roommate/neighbor. I love dogs, but allergic to cats sadly. I’ve worked in photography, sports, and entertainment most of my life, and have a couple start ups. I’ve been dealing with Long COVID and some brain dysfunction from it the last 5 years. That said, I don’t smoke, do drugs, party, or do much in the evenings. My life style is pretty tame. Looking to move anytime between now and the end of June.
