I have 2 dogs and a gallon fish tank. 1 bedroom available on the main floor (unfurnished) no carpet1 bedroom with private half bathroom on the lower level (has queen bed, not the one in the photo) has carpetAll access to garage/appliances/AC/fire pit/wifi etc. House has some interior damage (Broken doors/door frames) due to a previous abusive marriage. Working on fixing it up still and in desperate need of a clean, chill easy going roommate.
