I’m a nonsmoking nondrinking vegan looking for same or similar (vegetarian is okay). I’m quiet, clean, and respectful. I need someone who can pass the background check here and be added to the lease that’s up in September . (They are pretty strict here about subletting and long-term guests.) Heat and hot water are included. I’m responsible and mature and I pay my rent on time.
