Looking for someone available for a twelve- or thirteen-month lease. The room is at The Palisades in Hanover, Maryland on the top floor. My old roommate had to move out, so everything is already furnished in the kitchen area and multiple things are set up already such as internet. I am a professional, I work 3 days from the apt and 2 in office.
