Room in picture with black curtain is the room for rent, very spacious. The bathroom pictured is shared between you and 1 other person (me). There is already a dog in the house, but we welcome other pets, if friendly. No smoking in the house. Community has a pool. Backyard has grill and open space. Utilities are estimate only. House is completely furnished, but room is not. me!
