Looking for someone to rent out my spare bedroom in a home that i own with my 1 year old son and 5 year old small lab mix. Looking for a month to month lease for a minimum 6 months or more. Our home is spacious and built for enjoying with a coffee bar, enclosed sun room and terffed lawn. I work for an urgent care and love to be home when i can so i’ve really taken the time to make my home suitable for relaxing. I also have security cameras along the outside to ensure safety at all times. i’d want someone willing to submit to a background check and provide proof of income prior to moving in. Since i work in medical and my son is young, i like to keep my home fairly clean and would love someone with the same kind of cleanliness. We look forward to meeting you!
