The floor plan is a general idea of the available master bedroom. A plus is a walk in closet and tub and walk in shower in the bathroom! Monthly is required for first month, we don't require a move in fee (because why?). Utilities are paid for, if you'd like to buy your own groceries, you are more than free to!
