Easy to picture one room as a bedroom and the other as a gaming room, office, etc. However, it is classified as one bedroom so it would all be yours! Shared spaces in the house include two large living rooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, back/front yards, and a garage. Plenty of storage space as well. Dogs are ok with an additional pet fee.
