My name is Nick, I rent a two full bed and bath, hundred and sixty sq ft, condo.It has wood floors, washer dryer, dishwasher, and front door gate. The property has a pool, gym, basketball court, tennis court, picnic area, dog walk area, and BBQ area. The property is gated, and offers one covered car port, with first come unassigned parking area.It’s located near the river walk, across the street from stores, within walking distance to downtown Mesa, the light rail, the shopping center, and the Cubs spring trading camp. It’s near ASU and Mesa community college, with easy access to the highway and airports (PHX, Mesa). The rent is a little high, but I will only be at the Condo twice a year for about a week or two. The rest of the year you will be on your own at the Condo.
