If one person were to move in, we would collectively decide whether to fill the third bedroom to lower costs. There is a washer/dryer, a garage with one space available, and a backyard. Common areas are mostly furnished but can accommodate anything one might have thats intended for house. I like to keep things generally clean — open to sharing chores or splitting a cleaning person to come periodically.I work remotely for a tech company and have one dog — she is kind and gets along with others. I am very occupied with work during the week and don’t go out very often. I am very respectful of others and quiet time. Ideally looking for working professionals or grad students in the range.
