I work as a sever on the weekends & our other roommate works on renovating houses. Chill house, but we also try to keep it clean. Mostly stay to ourselves in our rooms, but have a decent living room with a big TV if you ever want to hang out. Bedrooms are upstairs, but you have access to everything, including bathrooms, laundry, kitchen, etc. And we have the ability to contact maintenance if anything needs fixing.
