Hi, my name is Vick. I am a 35-year old professional. I am looking for a roommate. The room is in Spanaway. The monthly rent is $1000 and the room is available on November 5. 1 bedroom for rent, with utilities, internet, and WST included with rent price. You would need to share a restroom with another roommate. Vaping is okay indoors, smoking (tobacco and marijuana) is okay outdoors.
Some storage space available in garage.
Common space is open for everyone just be mindful of clutter, volume, and having guests over. Try and be clean. If you make a mess or contribute to it, please help to be a part of maintaining the upkeep. We can make a schedule~:) It is my sister and me living here, we are both of the LBGTQA+ community, anime weebs, and we have cats.
If you have any other questions that I cant think of please ask. More pictures soon.
