Looking for a person to take a private 1-bed 1-bath in my 2-bed 2-bath apartment. Utilities and internet paid for. Apartment is on ground floor, and includes a shared common room (living room w/ kitchen) and a washerdryer in the unit. Apartment also has a private balconystyle patio. Rent upfront + $40 fee so I can file your applicationbackground check to be my roommate with the apartment owners. Rent price is negotiable if you want to split utilities.
