I have a furnished room for rent in my home with your own bathroom. Nice neighborhood in northern Clearwater next to the Duke Energy trail near 19N and Countryside Blvd. Shared living space in 1200 sq ft home in very safe neighborhood near hospital, shopping, trail riding etc. Laundry room in house and some garage storage space available. Street parking. Large fenced in backyard. The rent is month to month and includes all utilities and Internet at a flat fee. Must love animals, as I have a senior dog and friendly cat. Prefer full time worker, a contract worker, or student. Looking for someone low key, clean and respectful. Im open to a pet for an additional fee if the fit is right. The room is furnished with a queen bed, nightstand, dresser, small desk, and a fifty inch smart tv. Its approximately 11 feet by 7 inches each way. First, last, and a 100 security deposit for move in. I can prorate the first month for the move in date. Must pass a background check.
