$750/MONTH: NO SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIRED & MONTHLY RENT IS ALL INCLUSIVE! loft style apartment with full bath upstairs next to bedrooms, and half bath downstairs near kitchen and living room area. upstairs unit. common spaces are furnished well, room is unfurnished. parking is first come first serve with permit attached to windshield. has heating but no ac, portables are allowed. dining, coffee, and convenience stores are all within walking distance of the complex. nearby access to various fast food and grocery options, as well as highway access. the complex is smoke free but Im personally 420 friendly. The complex also has a pool. as for pets I am comfortable with a cat or two as long as they are well trained, no dogs though. a bit about me, Im from out of state and recently moved to the pnw. Im latino and part of the lgbtq+ community. im pretty outgoing and sociable, and in my free time i enjoy singing and dancing, watching animated media, and playing some video games. the room is available ASAP!!! first rent payment would be due by 11/1.
