Roommate wanted!!

The house is separated into 2 sides with their own living areas. There is a shared kitchen between my side and the available side — Laundry room is connected to the available bathroom and will be shared. Some house features: 4 bed, 2 bath, 2,032 sqft., 0.22 acres, screen porch, large fencedin back yard, fire place, plenty of parking, backup generac, trash and WiFi services provided. Located right outside of Pooler but still close to practically anything in chatham county. DM me for more info! I am a 29yo female and I work night shifts at the hospital. I have 1 dog and a cat that will be gated on my side of the house unless going out to the backyard. My dog is a 164 lb Great Dane; he is big but super friendly! Im looking to share my space with 1-2 roommates. I like to keep it tidy; smoking outdoors only.:)
