Hi! I'm looking for a respectful, responsible female roommate to share my fully furnished apartment in Spring Valley, San Diego. Am possibly open to a male but would have strict guidelines and boundaries. The room: Private bedroom, shared bathroom available now! Rent is $1200 plus split of utilities. Parking and in unit laundry About me:
I work full-time I keep a very quiet and clean household and value cleanliness, clear communication, and respect for personal space and belongings. I have a dog: Loki is a 4 1/2 pound teacup Chihuahua. He is very well-behaved and does not bark. No other pets allowed please - possibly willing to make an exception but with a lot of discussion. I'm looking for:
* Steady income and good rental history
* Respectful of my house rules
* Someone who communicates directly
My screening process (so we both feel safe):
* Video call first, then an in-person meeting in a public place
* ID verification and a consented background and credit check through a reputable service, done for both of us if you'd like
* A written roommate agreement and landlord approval before move-in
* A 30-day period
