Opis

Hi, my name is Michael. I am a 59-year old professional. I am looking for a roommate. The room is in Woodbridge. The monthly rent is $650 and the room is available on Nov. 1. Renting two rooms next to one another for $1100 plus utilities gets you your own bathroom. Clean house, quiet neighborhood, next to elementary school if one parent/child arrangement is your situation. I have a cat, so no pets please like another cat or dog. A caged animal may be allowed. Parking not an issue. Utilities average around $88 a month, higher in peak months
