Looking to rent room

Opis

Hello, I am a 31 years old single male. I work full time as a property manager in Corona, CA. Looking to rent as close as possible to my work so Eastvale & Corona is what works best for me. I do not smoke, drink, or use drugs. I do not have any pets. Looking for a quiet room. I would prefer if the landlord DID NOT live in the house I am renting in. Furnished room is a plus. Access to kitchen and laundry is a must.
