Hey everyone! My roommate and I are looking for one person to join our apartment in Northern Liberties on Germantown Ave. We both graduated from Penn State and Ohio State in 2024 and have been living in Philadelphia since January 2026. We’re looking to renew our lease for another year, from January 2027 through January 2028. The available room is pictured and comes with its own private bathroom. Rent is $1,300/month, with utilities bringing the total to around $1,500/month. The apartment also comes with a parking spot that we share as needed.
