Room for Rent in French CampFemale

Opis

Unfurnished room available in a quiet, clean home in French Camp, just 10 minutes from Stockton and close to I-5, San Joaquin General Hospital, and Delta College. The home is shared with me, a calm, kind, and organized person who works part-time from home and part-time outside the house. I have one resident cat. I’m looking for a woman who is a working professional or student, respectful, tidy, and easygoing, who enjoys a peaceful environment and communicates openly. Shared areas include the kitchen and common spaces, which we keep clean and organized. This is a no-smoking home with no other pets and no guests. Utilities are included. Message me to schedule a visit.
