Engineering Student Seeking Room

Opis

I’m a full-time engineering student at Truman College looking for a room in Southeast Evanston, Rogers Park, Andersonville, Uptown, or anywhere in between. My budget is up to $700/month. I also work on campus through work-study as a peer mentor and student ambassador, and I own a small window cleaning business, so I stay pretty busy. I’m clean, respectful, laid-back, and easy to live with. In my free time I’m really into electronics and usually have some kind of small project I’m working on. I also have a pretty solid collection of tools and I’m handy with fixing things, so I’m usually the kind of person who will try to troubleshoot or repair something around the house rather than just ignore it. I keep my projects and tools organized and I’m respectful about shared spaces. I also enjoy disc golf when the weather is nice, and I like going to concerts or the occasional music festival when I have time. I’m not a big party person. I rarely drink, usually just one or two beers if I’m out at an event, and I don’t smoke weed, although I don’t mind if roommates do. I’m also very comfortable around pets and used to have three cats. Overall, I’m looking for a comfortable, respectful household where everyone communicates well, takes care of shared spaces, and can get along without making things complicated.
