Luxury Private Room

Opis

Looking for a roommate in 2 bedroom condo in Manhattan Condominium (Las Vegas Blvd/ E.Serene) Guard gated community with a double security, the building door opens only with a fob.
The condo is on the second floor facing to the pool. Very nice view from the window.
Has a furnished balcony that you can enjoy the warm evenings.
The room is unfurnished so you can bring your own furniture. Or I can get a bed set for the room.
The community has lots of grass and trees that is great for someone who likes to be outside.
Dog friendly environment with tons of mini parks around the property.
Let me know if you are interested!
