Looking for roommate

Opis

Hello I am a 30 year old male looking for someone to replace my roommate for our lease as soon as possible. A beautiful duplex style home (we are the upstairs section) in a very nice and quiet neighborhood that’s in little minutes walking distance from many shops and restaurants on wealthy street. Total bills with everything included run typically from 1000-1080 per month.
