Hello currently looking for a roommate mainly just to split rent. The place furnished. The room in the photo is the one for rent. Obviously subject to change if someone decides to move in. The bed comes with the room the desk and mini fridge do not. I HAVE A CAT his name is Kashi he is very friendly and WILL invade your space. If that isn't your deal keep the door closed. I have no problems with smoking or drinking just smoke outside. Cleanliness and hygiene is expected. Mainly looking for male roommates. I would prefer to meet up and chat before going ahead with the decision.
