Sublease Spring 2028 The Hive

Opis

Hey everyone! Does anyone know anyone looking for a place to live for Spring 2028? My roommates and I will be subleasing our 3 bed, 3 bath apartment at The Hive in Iowa City! Each bedroom has its own bathroom and closet, and it’s a great location near campus. It is $1084 per person and fully furnished with laundry in unit, a gym, sauna, study areas and other great amenities!! Also would totally be open to just subleasing one room! If you or anyone you know might be interested, message me for more details/pictures!
