Roomie for a cosy unit 🥰

Hi everyone 😊 My name is Ashleigh and looking for a roomie to share a unit with my in Rochedale South. Its a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit, with an undercover courtyard out the back. The unit is located up a shared driveway with lots of parking at the end for guests, visitors, and yourself (as using the single carport space). Despite having 1 bathroom, its quite big, with a full bath and shower with brand new showerhead. In your bedroom they have installed new blinds, one of them is a block out blind and the other is sheer. The bedroom also has a really big built in wardrobe. The room is unfurnished, but youre welcome to use anything in the rest of the house, including any kitchen items, as long as you take care of them. The unit is also really close to the highway, so is an easy 20 minutes drive to the city, and public transport is also pretty close by. Its a nice quiet area and the neighbours are all lovely too. You'll be sharing with myself and my two kitties Ginny and Poppy, who loved to keep anyone company by napping nearby, or chasing each other around causing mischief.
