Need roommate for 3 bed/ 2 bath

Looking for a roommate by October 1st in our house in SE Portland. Rent is 655 a month plus utilities that are shared between us. We are looking for someone that is friendly, respectful, queer friendly.
Ethan: I am 29 years old and my pronouns are he/him. I am a photographer and I also run two active D&D campaigns. I'm a massive nerd that likes to hang out with other nerdy people. I also like exploring Portland whenever I'm able.
Aubree: I am 20 years old, and my pronouns are she/her. I work at a movie theater, though in my free time I like to play games, read, write, and draw from time to time. I have a cat named Yami who is years old. He's quite skittish, but also very sweet.
