It's hard to communicate accurately how large and charming this room is. Looking for a roommate beginning 10/1. Kensington neighborhood of Brooklyn, a beautiful area near Prospect Park and other green spaces. Room is essentially a small studio apartment that is attached to the rest of my apartment (16.5' x 12.5' are the correct measurements). It is a large space in a great location in a great neighborhood, right next to the F/G Church stop. The rent of the apartment would be split equally (your share would be $2000). The landlords have increased the rent but I've decided to stay here because the neighborhood and the size of the apartment (huge) make it worth it for me. Elevator, laundry in building. Dishwasher. I have some basic furnishings for the room, plus dishes and cookware if you need it. Look forward to meeting you!
