Looking for a roommate for my two-story split level townhouse. Great community/complex right along the green belt in South Scottsdale. Lovely calm home fully furnished. The spare bedroom has vaulted ceiling, private balcony over overlooking the pool, walk-in closet and bathroom with full-size soaking tub. My bedroom is upstairs & I work an office job M-F. I travel often for work and fun and have an active social life as I grew up here. I’m mid-30s, love the outdoors, live music & going out to eat! Home is my sanctuary so I don’t have people over that much, usually only briefly to get ready to go out or hang at the pool
