Relocating to Evansville

I’m a working accounting professional relocating to Evansville and looking for a comfortable, quiet room while I get reestablished in the area. I’m originally from Evansville and am returning home after living out of state for a number of years. I work in accounting and also own a small bookkeeping and management accounting business that I’m expanding in Evansville. As a roommate, I’m clean, responsible, respectful of other people’s space, and pretty easygoing. I’m not looking for a party house — I’d much rather have a relaxed, friendly home where everyone can comfortably do their own thing. I’m looking for something around $700/month, preferably with reasonable access to Evansville. A furnished room would be helpful but isn’t essential. I have reliable transportation. I’m happy to talk by phone or video beforehand and answer questions to make sure it’s a good fit for both of us.
