Quiet shared apt in Ellenton FL

Hi! I’m a 43-year-old education professional looking for a clean, responsible roommate (male or female, any orientation welcome) to share my one-bedroom apartment in a nice complex in Ellenton.
The space:
You’ll have the entire large living room as your private area (it’s actually bigger than the bedroom), plus a good-sized closet and the screened porch (mosquito-free!). We would share the kitchen and a spacious bathroom that has plenty of storage. The living room currently has a sofa and projector (no bed, so you’d need your own).
Rent: $750/month – everything included (utilities, internet, etc.).
Security deposit: $700.
About me:
I work in the mornings, exercise in the afternoons, and clean once a week. I’m mostly a homebody but flexible. No pets, non-smoker. I keep things tidy and quiet, and I’m looking for the same energy — someone respectful who doesn’t need a lot of social interaction, as long as we keep the place clean and respectful of each other’s space.
What I’m looking for:
Preferably a young student or someone in their 20s–early 30s who is clean, quiet, and tidy. No pets please. Smoking is not allowed inside the property (there is a designated outdoor smoking area). This is a shared apartment.
Amenities of the complex:
Gym, pool, spa, party area, dog park. Neighbors are friendly and not too loud.
