Beautiful Killarney property, inner city, 10 minutes to DT, MRU, Sait, the University and the Foothills hospital, or a quick transit. 10 minute walk to grocery stores, Walmart, restaurants, yoga studios, gyms etc etc. Two minute walk to the bus stop, 10 minute walk to the C-train. Fully equipped house. Common areas include multiple chill zones, exercise equipment, hammock, firepit, BBQ and much much more. The large, bright room has a comfy queen size bed that was recently purchased, table lamp, bed comforter set etc etc. I also have a desk that could be moved into that room if needed as well. Everything is good quality and stylish. Price includes everything, utilities, Internet, cable etc etc. Flexible with move in date. A little bit about me: Easy-going, fun, respectful, good hearted, young female professional. I’m outgoing but enjoy my solitude time. I work quite a bit. I’m respectful of other peoples boundaries, needs and space. I have a small dog, she’s a beautiful soul and will bring joy to anyone’s life.
