The house has a large driveway with plenty of parking space and a large backyard/patio area. Rent is $1000/mo and utilities are split between roommates. The house is very clean and is right off the 91 freeway so it’s easy to get around OC and to LA.
We’re two young professionals working in construction and property maintenance, looking for someone around our age with a similar lifestyle. We both tend to keep to ourselves but get along well and enjoy having a relaxed, comfortable environment at home. We’re looking for someone who is clean, considerate of shared spaces, and keeps noise at a reasonable level.
